I know asking for other people opinions in VGC about turntables isn't the best place to start but I just to know your guys opinion about it too. I have a small stash of Classical Music for my ancient vinyl player. I been thinking about upgrading it for a long time to something more modern. The vinyl player I have is a Solid State Phonograph (Penncrest model: 4444b) from JC Penney.

If you want to get a decent turntable cheaply just buy a used one from the 80's. Technics turntables from the 80's can be found way under $100 online. I have a Technics SL-D20 direct drive and a SL-220 both great machines.
