King's Field IV (or KF V in Japan). I so adore this obscure series. But I'll likely never get another entry now that the Dark Souls/Demon Souls series has taken off.
Crystalis 2; I would kill to see happen, too. My favorite game on the NES (and that's saying a lot, since I grew up on the NES). But unfortunately, SNK started pumping out fighting games right after Crystalis was released, and the game was forgotten about.
