Too soon to add Nintendo Switch

Is it too soon to add a Nintendo Switch category to the database?  I was about to add it and a game (Monster Boy) to the wishlist, but it was nowhere to be found.

I would give it at least till we get a price before it gets added.

I don't even think it's confirmed that a lot of those games will be physical releases

Remember the N64 was the Ultra 64 nearly up until release. You never know with this stuff.
