Title: What is the hardest video game related thing you've done?

Recently I beat DMC1 on Dante Must Die! and while it's difficult, i'm sure there's crazier out there. What have you guys done that is just insanely hard?

Off the top of my head, God of War on God Mode without any upgrades. I'm sure I've done other such challenges, but can't seem to recall any. Well, Nuzlockes in Pokémon, I guess.

EDIT: I do believe I also did play DMC1 on Dante Must Die, same with DMC2. This was years ago, so I don't even remember how it went.

Amiga 1200 Banshee on lowest difficulty which after all was insane hard to beat it .... ps1 pad almost fly away thru open window :D

Beating the Ethereal Queen in Star Ocean 4 in under 10 minutes with frickin' Lymle.

Was not probably not the hardest to do game wise (at that time in my life) but sure was satisfying.

I took on 2 actual players (all alone) in an online Capture The Flag Event On PC using only the keyboard and had a winning streak of at least 3 matches in a row. I was hot that particularly day and these guys were claiming to be using hacks but I have no proof. But the 2 guys had a great time and so did me  :)
