Title: Latest Items Feed

Is there a way to see more than just the 5 newest items in this feed?  If not, is that something that could be added as a feature?

This has been suggested before, and I think it would be a great and useful feature!

I still want to be able to see my own feed of what I've added, removed, etc. It's surreal to me how others can see that but I cannot, you'd think that would be a basic user feature of the site.

You have to trick the site into letting you follow yourself.
