Refurbished controllers.

I bought a refurbished PS3 controller off Amazon, because I was tired of buying one that didn't work. Have any of you had any experience with refurbished consoles?

How much did you pay? I"ve bought at least five ps3 controllers that didn't work but just needed a new battery from thrift stores over the past few years

Basically everything I own besides my smartphone is secondhand. Wii, OG Xbox, PS2, N64, etc... sometimes I even mish mash and take a ps2 from one person and combine it with the ps2 ethernet adapter from someone else.

Just make sure it's not broken, UV damaged, etc. Verify internals like the laser work and that physical components like the drive ejecting work as well.

TLDR Yes just make sure it works, for controllers specifically check for stick drift. Recommended to have a tri-wing for any old Nintendo controllers.
