Pokémon Lugias Ocean (GBA)

TL;DR I found my brothers old GBA games and one of them was "Pokémon Lugias Ocean Version" I don't know much about it but I got the Cartridge, box and "Manual", a bit beat up but still intact.

I tried looking the game up and it's supposedly a rare (?) hacked unofficial version of a few pokémon games. Any info or interest in the game is welcome, I'd rather someone with interest keeping it than me.

Have you asked your older brother about it? You could probably get a story. Also, I think he deserves to know if you're going through and selling his stuff (as an older brother myself lol). 

I guess I always assumed that hacked pkmn gba carts only started being sold in the 2010s, guess I was wrong.
