This is more of a new branding direction than publishing change. Games will still be published under the Sony Interactive Entertainment label with the logo being present on the back of packaging.

In it's initial announcement it's just referred to as branding and not necessarily the new name for their published games: https://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2020-05-12-sony-unveils-playstation-studios-brand-to-launch-alongside-ps5

So seems more like something Nintendo did with Touch! Generations branding even though this will likely be on all Sony Interactive Entertainment published games going forward..

For this specific title, the requirements to add PlayStation Studios to dev/pub are:
1. On the physical release, there is no logo for SIE but there is a logo for PlayStation Studios
2. On the PSN store if the dev/pub for this title specifically says PlayStation Studios

If either of these are satisfied, it can be added.
