I feel they've thrown in a lot of surprise titles to differentiate this from the previous mini consoles or collections on other consoles. However I feel with just 10 games to go, that there's now some games that are on those collections that are sorely missed here. Shining Force 2 Shining in the Darkness Phantasy Star II Phantasy Star III Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Streets of Rage Alien Storm Columns Kid Chameleon If any of those 9 games are missing I'd be disappointed. The four in bold I'd bet my house on being included. Then you could still round it out with one last surprise inclusion; Aladdin or Road Rash would be my choice. |

I went with the Asian (non Japanese edition), as it contains the nearly all of the available games I want versus none that I don’t (compared to the JP and Western editions). Also, two six button controllers. |

Might be worth it for Gunstar Heroes alone. I remember back in the day I bought it for $19.99 plus tax from Toys R Us. I used my allowance money. My how times have changed... |

We didn't even have a Sega Genesis but one of their buddies did and he would let them borrow it pretty often. I was only 3 or 4 but I never forgot the box art. I didn't even know what it was called until years and years later. When my family moved in 2002 my mom sold it in a garage sale along with a bunch of other VHS tapes for probably only a buck or two. Thankfully I found a cart only copy years later at 2nd & Charles but still had to pay like 40 bucks for it. It stings a little, but at least I have the game. |
