Limit will remain $50 this year. Yes you can technically include shipping as part of that but most people do not. I know a lot of people who blow past the $50 budget before shipping is ever even considered as it is. But people who do go well past the budget should not expect their buyer is going to do the same thing.
Condition of games should be something that is mentioned as part of wish list. Whether people want new, sealed, complete in box, cart only, etc. Some people have different collections. Me, myself, when I was doing NES I only wanted cart but SMS I wanted complete in box with hang tab cases, PS1 was complete black label, PS4 is case/disk.
I do not want to place any stipulations on wish lists themselves cause each person has their own wishes and what not and limiting what people want isnt in my scope of things to do.
