Error Adding Games

Good Evening,

I have added a few Games today without any problems, however the last two games have an error after I submit the page reloads and all the fields are blank. Please Advise. Thank You

If i am not mistaken, this happens when you take too long to submit the item.  I believe it's a timeout/logout issue

Blank entries deleted.

This is known to happen if the images you choose to add to an entry are too large.
