Thread - Recommendable PS3 games from decent to great. (Only physical games)

mrkonasoni: |START》》| I wasn't planning to make other of this list right now or for PS3, but after reading a bunch of posts for a physical collector group I noticed that a considerable number of physical PS3 are climbing in price because the recent news about the closure of the PSN Store for the system and the subject with the cmos battery of the system, so after reading the posts I thought right now and more than ever is the perfect chance for make a thread of recommendable list of the physical games for the system. Here is the list of stuff to consider about it: - The list only includes NA games but if I remember correctly there weren't too many exclusive EUR games only. - In the past I liked the idea of writting mini reviews besides the name of a game, but after reading again the last thread (The Wii one) I thought it looked kinda gross, messy and I think it was mundane that I used 6 replies for fit everything, so I ditched the idea for save space and make something that looks better, you can still comment about a game that you like and a mini-review, though. - Online games weren't included because most of them have closed the servers and right now they are mostly useless and I don't know if even with a modded system you can play them again with a custom server. - The list is not perfect and I am open to the idea I left behind a good game or in other case I included for accident a game that is actually dreadful. - This list is for use it like a "shopping list" or if you have a modded system know what to search for, I frankly don't want to judge your decision with the morality of this subject. - The list includes games that I consider interesting, OK or good, the only bad game I included is the Leisure Suit Larry game because I think it is so bad it is actually entertaining. - If I forgot an interesting game that you could like being included, tell me in the comments. telekill: Pretty thorough. Nice job. The only one I could spot that was missing off the top of my head was the super rare Uncharted 2 Fortune Hunter Edition. I believe only 500 were made and you had to be gifted it direct from either Sony or Naughty Dog or win one in a contest they had. It came with the game, the strategy guide, the soundtrack, some digital codes for online multiplayer extras, a collector's box made to look like Nate's journal that has character bios and art from the game in it, and of course a coveted life size replica of the phurba dagger. As all things do, many who won it threw it up on eBay immediately and it shot up to thousands within a day. I think at some point they were selling for well over $10,000. It's near impossible to find these days but hovers around the $3k-$5k range. Allot of say presskits I can't imagine being that much more than 500 pieces either yet they only are worth a couple hundred $ and I'm talking notable games not just filler. Presskits where also hard to get withouth being a bigger reviewer and came with allot of cool extra's aswell Gothfather presskit is probably one of the best looking ones I guess this edition actually had some hype at the time while presskits usually go under the radar not known except to the hardcore. Could make a difference perhaps.
