I was definitely a Genesis kid in the early 90s, but enjoyed my SNES when I got one for my birthday in 1994. Some of my favorites include:

Turtles in Time
Donkey Kong Country
Donkey Kong Country 2
Chrono Trigger
Mario Kart
Super Mario World
Zombies Ate My Neighbors
Kirby's Dreamland 3
Kirby Super Star
Mega Man X

telekill:
I was always a Sega kid and had a Genesis and Game Gear at the time, but there were a few SNES games that I got to play at friends homes that were pretty awesome.

 - Ninja Turtles IV
 - Donkey Kong Country
 - Act Raiser
 - Killer Instinct
 - Mario World
 - F-Zero
 - Mario Kart

You'll notice not too many 3rd party and that's because I played them all on Genesis and tie them to that system in my head. Still, even with just that handful of games, the SNES was a memorable gaming platform.
