Just received a notice from the Dutch customs office that my package has arrived in the Netherlands. Just payed 20 euros import duties to have it released. Hope to receive it one of the upcoming days!

Should we start discussing a time to hang out and open things? I know for me the only week in December that's going to work for me is the first week, maybe that can be our starting point?

Also, I'm surprised no one has opened up their stuff yet.

The only thing that gives me pause is the delayed delivery of my last gift (almost a week past expected delivery date), but I could always pack up and send what I have and send the last thing whenever it arrives with a note.

lmao holiday season started here well before halloween.  I was looking for halloween stuff in early october, like first week and all halloween stuff was relegated to an end cap so they could put out christmas stuff.

Yeah. Our circus of a country (at least this small section of it) wants to get as much out of Christmas as possible. Holiday decorations/shit were put every-freaking-where on November 1st.

Well, I will be the first to admit that it's me being selfish for proposing an earlier time than usual.  Totally understand if we can't make that work.

Latest I could do is Sunday the 11th. After that no joke I will have choir rehearsals and concerts every day from 7-10pm until the 23rd  So there really isn't another option for me. But given how limited that is, I'm totally fine if I have to sit out this year.

I am waiting on one more item for my recipient and then I will be able to ship- planning to send by this weekend.

For us the Christmas period only starts on the 6th of December, when Sinterklaas returns to Spain.
However, I could sideline the tradition for a year
