Wrinkled Labels

I'm sure this has been brought up before, but the search didn't bring up anything.
Anyone have any good tips on fixing wrinkled labels on NES and SNES games?  You know, the end lables start peeling and curl up.  I'm about to try smearing a glue stick it and flatten it out the best I can.  I figure a glue stick isn't harsh and will wipe off.  Does anyone have a better idea?

If the label is peeling off but is otherwise undamaged, Elmer's glue works wonders. It saved the labels on my Tale Spin and Princess Tomato.

If the transparent plastic sheet that laminates the label is peeling off as it so often does, there's nothing you can do aside from cutting off the part that already peeled off.

Does it work for Atari 2600 games?
