If you dig RPGs, then I still have to recommend Panzer Dragoon Saga. It's crazy spendy, but a really fun game and totally different than the original 2 Panzer Dragoons. I've never beat it, but eventually I'll sit down and finish it. |

I will totally rip this thing open, because I'm gonna get a new one later. --- End quote --- From your description, it's probably just a loose wire. You can bust it open and look around for experience but then pick up an s video cable from amazon for your sanity. If you have the money, you could also go for scart and buy a scart->component converter. This gives you scart quality on US televisions. But this can be expensive. Just a lot of people don't even seem to be aware you can do that. I know I did not know you could do this. Partly because Nintendo consoles could not do this for NTSC-U. But remember, Genesis does. Here is a good intro video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Mos83LEMO4 EDIT: The US SNES could do it for model 1 apparently. |

If you enjoy horror games, I highly recommend Enemy Zero. The price has shot up in the past few months (I'm talking going from $30 to $90 for a complete game in a matter of weeks on Amazon,) but I definitely think it's worth checking out if you manage to find a cheaper copy. It can be a bit of a challenge, and I suggest you check out the tutorial on Disc Zero before you do anything else, but it can be quite spooky. It's set on a ship in outer space overrun with invisible aliens who can kill you in one hit on any difficulty. The only way you can detect them is by a beeping sound emitted by an earpiece your character is wearing. As they get closer, the beeping grows higher in pitch and more frantic. It's not for everyone, but I think everyone has already covered the classics here. Good luck hunting these down! |
