Most expensive game for me to date is Suikoden II. Paid $155 for that. |

Most expensive game I own is probably my complete The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Not sure how much it's worth across the pond but according to eBay over here it's worth about £120, so that's about $200, and mine's pretty much like new. Got it from my friend for £70. Over the moon about that. ;D Most I've ever paid for a game was probably for the BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Limited Box. Got that sealed off eBay for £90. Worth every penny. |

I found this thread, after a forum search. this was after I looked up the following on the Internet, still can't believe this happened (Mar 2, 2019) my personal most expensive video game was Banjo Toowie for the Nintendo 64 at $45-$50 USD According to google the most expensive video game ever sold is "Super Mario Bros"? ??? A rare copy of 'Super Mario Bros. ' sold for more than $100,000, making it the most expensive video game ever sold. Nintendo's "Super Mario Bros." is one of the most iconic video game franchises in the world, and well-maintained copies of the original game are now coveted by collectors.Mar 2, 2019 |

Wow. Good job in ressurecting this old thread, oldgamerz. Well, in my case, the most I've ever paid for a game was like ¥15,000 (around US$140.00) for The King of Fighters '98: Dream Match Never Ends for the Neo Geo AES. It wasn't anything overly expensive neither too rare, but since it is a game that holds a very special place in my heart, I will try purchaising it for as much consoles as I can. |
