It's being made out as though the Microsoft reps are trying to ruin the event, but it's more like they're trying to gather data. It still looks really bad on them though.

I love how the guy just laughs off all the accusations of Microsoft bugging people's homes...  They couldn't pay me enough to go out and do that at Nintendo's event.
