Personally I think it's much better to have different releases of games you like instead of making a fullset that'll be filled with garbage that you don't like. That's why I have about a dozen versions of GTA San Andreas for example, but no JRPGs or sports titles at all. Insead of doing a fullset of one platform, one region and keeping only the original releases, instead I don't fullset but I collect various editions from various regions and various platforms of the same games.
