I'd be quite curious to know if its compatible with the North American NES. Were the ports the same on both systems? |

The Family Computer had a unique serial port that the NES did not have. I have seen people do hack jobs where they basically take apart the NES controller port and the end of the light gun's cable and solder them together somehow to make it function. The other way (which is how I did it) is to plug in an ENIO EXP board, that way you don't have to really damage anything. |
