Don't a lot of portable games have different numbers between the cart and the box? I remember someone mentioned in a topic a while back concerning the DS games...

EDIT: I think I figured it out - the SCN might stand for Scandinavia. It's the region that gets added to the end of the cart item. If you go to MobyGames, the cart image they have has AUS for Australia? The US game has USA at the end too.

SCN stand for scandinavia, FAH is France, A?, Holland, UKV is united kingdom, ESP is spain, etc, etc. But the boxes are also different due to the languages.
