I didn't see anywhere how many tracks are on the album.  The "240" number is how many game of the year awards the game itself won, not how many tracks are on the album.
Currently playing:  Last of Us Part II Remastered, Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition
Currently listening to:  Iron Maiden & Ghost
Currently Watching:  Cyberpunk Edgerunners & Last of Us

As far as I can tell from other sites about the OST in general, it's 30 tracks, which sounds about right for a 4 LP set.
Currently playing:
FFXIV (PC), The Witcher (PC), Monster Hunter World: Iceborne (PS4)
