That's an interesting find! Was that sticker put over the game and then sealed? Or did it come specifically sealed for sale in another country? I'm just wondering if that should be it's own entry or not, since that example you put is technically still the NA release in every other way.

Where to draw the line? A lot of AU releases are games from other regions with stickers on them.

Personally (and you may disagree with me) I don't think a sticker should change the original release region of a game, or any game. I think it's still an NA release since it's been at the core, imported and marked for distribution in a different country. Especially if this sticker was placed by a third-party company outside of whomever released the game in the first place.

That's just my personal opinion though; it may lead to a lot of dupes if we do it that way. But I feel like that means you could import whatever you want and by placing a sticker on it, make it a "new entry" in the database.

I sent the owner of that item a PM to find out what it is. If we don't hear anything in a week, I will merge the item with the NA item.

Cdi has a nasty habbit of changing its boxes. I think [NA] has 3 boxes, the longcase, the big box, and the jewel case. This game posted has 2 of those boxes as its images. One can be deleted.

User created the same dupe again under hardware tag: http://vgcollect.com/item/103922

User also created other dupes under hardware tag:

http://vgcollect.com/item/103921

http://vgcollect.com/item/103920

http://vgcollect.com/item/103919

http://vgcollect.com/item/103923

http://vgcollect.com/item/103925

User continues to create these dupes with incorrect names, not sure whether to put them in dupes list or error list. Too many entries to keep editing in here, so just check their collection to see what they created. Sent user a message to see if that changes anything.

Just wanted to mention that admin will usually contact the user if there are repeated errors. Feel free to let us know in this thread if you notice one user making dupes, and we will contact them.  Thanks!

I'm definitely not the one to go to about EU rating differences, so I wanted to have someone look at this one:

http://vgcollect.com/item/104024

Is it the same as this one?

http://vgcollect.com/item/20167

Or does it need its own variant?

The item 104024 have the red PL tag to indicate that it's a Polish version, i know that many games in theirs "usual" European version doesn't have many language others than English, French, German, Italian and Spanish (and rarely Portuguese :-\) so maybe these versions indicate that the game is in Polish (i can't confirm that since i never had one of these version in hands).

I usually don't care about Platinum version (or classics, etc... if one variant is already in the database i don't add them) but if the user added it into the database (with a cover and a lot of data by the way  :D ) i think we should keep that item with just a little edit of the name :

Assassin's Creed - Platinum [PL]
