Duplicate entries

I have been running into an issue that seems to be happening more and more (or im just noticing it more) sometimes when you add an item into your collection it will duplicate it so 2 items show up. Are their any attempts being made to stop this kind of glitch?

This is a known issue. The only problem with limiting duplicates altogether is that some people would like to keep duplicate copies in their collection. It seems like it might be a good idea to give a message to make sure the person actually wants to add the duplicate.
