Currently set as Homebrew, is this appropriate?

Both of these would be a fan translation, and it seems to me that neither Homebrew nor Unreleased options are adequate.
Or it may be that while the Edit page says "Unreleased (but official)" and the actual page just would say "Unreleased" is what is mixing me up.

What do you guys think about this?

I think for instances of games just having a language pack added to them their really should be an additional option to accommodate them.

I tried changing it to "Unreleased but official" for the NA version since homebrew isn't correct. I think that would be the best option unless a new option is introduced. Homebrew suggests it's a completely new game made from original assets by someone who isn't a major gaming company like Nintendo/Sony.

To me, homebrew should be merged with unofficial. To my understanding the only difference is the scale of production.

to me unofficial releases are things like action 52 on the NES, games that are released to the masses, during the time period of production, that are not licensed to that system.

Unreleased (but official) describes games that were not released but were (at one time) intended for release. OR is it that the Unreleased option is meant for games that have an upcoming release?

This is complicated. Maybe a new option should be considered for situations like this where a game is official but has been fan translated.

True, I hadn't thought about it like that. Still, these Mother 3 fan translation cartridges are easy to get and cheap, even if you can't just go into a store and buy one like you could with the NES unlicensed stuff.
