Home made stir-fry with tofu and lighted battered chicken- mixed honey, soy sauce, and sriracha.
White rice on the side, and ginger ale to drink.

yesterday I had the dinner of champions... A poptart. today? I will have time and will make homemade spaghetti. too bad its too early in the year for my tomato plants to be producing so I will have to stop off at the grocery store for some to make the sauce.

will it turn out good? probably not, it never does but it will be fun (and its the only thing I know how to make homemade)
