Well, again like I said...
This is really cool that Nintendo is doing this and I'm impressed with the list of titles that were chosen to be built in. But I am rather confused to see that Contra and Castlevania 3 are absent from the roster for some reason yet their respective prequels and sequels are.
I also would like to have seen it with it's own Virtual console so we could download more games to it, like a Steam Machine for Nintendo.

So if Nintendo were to make an SNES Mini, What games would you want in it? Do it like the NES mini and have 30 games with the majority being Nintendo made and one third of the list for third party games.
I would like to see...

* Super Mario World(+Super Mario All-Stars if may be)
SMW2:Yoshi's Island
F-Zero
Pilotwings
Donkey Kong Country 1,2,3
Super Metroid
Zelda: Link to the Past
Starfox
Contra III
Mega Man X
Street Fighter II Turbo
Earthbound
Final Fantasy 6(or 3)
Super Punch out!
Gradius III
Kirby Super Star
Castlevania IV
Super Mario RPG
Super Double Dragon
Super Ghouls n Ghosts
Super Mario Kart
Tetris & Dr Mario
Tetris Attack
Yoshi's Cookie
Wario's Woods
Chrono Trigger
Stunt Race FX
Kirby's Dream Land 3
Final Fight 2
Illusion of Gaia

An SNES mini would be swell. I'd like to see these on it. These are in no particular order (except the first one).

1. Secret of Mana
2. Secret of Evermore
3. Chrono Trigger
4. Illusion of Gaia
5. Soul Blazer
6. Lufia & The Fortress of Doom
7. Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals
8. Mega Man X
9. Mega Man X2
10. Mega Man X3
11. Kirby Super Star
12. Breath of Fire
13. Breath of Fire II
14. Super Mario World
15. Super Mario World 2 aka Baby Mario
16. Mario RPG
17. Final Fantasy IV
18. Final Fantasy VI
19. Castlevania IV
20. Donkey Kong Country
21. Donkey Kong Country 2
22. Mega Man 7
23. Super Metroid
24. Contra III
25. Tales of Phantasia
26. Terranigma

Yes, there are some imports on there. I couldn't help myself.
blurks:
My list would include these titles:
Super Mario World
Yoshi's Island
F-Zero
Pilotwings
Donkey Kong Country 1, 2, 3
Super Metroid
Zelda
Starfox
Contra III
Mega Man X
Street Fighter II Turbo
Earthbound
King of Dragons
Knights of the Round
Castlevania IV
Super Ghouls n Ghosts
R-Type III
Metal Warriors
Earthworm Jim 1, 2
Super Mario Kart
Tetris & Dr Mario
Final Fight 2
Super Smash T.V.
Turtles In Time

I couldn't care less about Japanese RPG's and American sports titles. Earthbound and Zelda is the max I can take when it comes these genres.

I think a Mini SNES is inevitable because the mini NES is going to be a huge hit.  So with that being said, here are my picks for the 30 games it should include.

3  Super Mario All-Stars
4  The Legend of Zelda - A Link to the Past

9  Donkey Kong Country 2
10  Donkey Kong Country 3
11  Contra III
12  Super Metroid III
13  Starfox
14  F-Zero
15  Pilot Wings
16  Super Mario Kart
17  Super Ghouls & Ghosts
18  Tetris & Dr. Mario
19  Mario RPG

I'm all for the NES mini. I would love to collect for the NES. It would be my next system in theory, however, I don't want to devote the space to another system. Having 30 games at my disposal with a more console like feel than an emulator on a PC would be great. I will probably pick this up. It is a great selection of games.

Edit:
I would like to see double dragon 2 removed and replaced with Contra. They have gradius after all. Or at the very least replace it with the original double dragon.
