Detective Games?

What are some great detective games?  The games that I already played/have are The Wolf Among Us, L.A. Noire, Sam and Max, Murdered: Soul Suspect, and Blues and Bullets.  Through my searching I haven't been able to find many games that would be considered "detective" games.  Also I know of detective games on the DS such as Professor Layton or Hotel Dusk: Room 215.  I'm just wondering what other great detective games there are.

One game that immediately comes to my mind is Heavy Rain. You get to play as a private inspector, an official detective, and a journalist.

my GF LOVES Nancy drew for the computer. im not sure what it pays like but I would give it a try if you can find one cheap.
