I have a pong clone (an Adversary) that needs a new start button and a power cord, any idea where I would get them and how to install them? Heres some pics

Depends on how badly you want to fix this unit. There is a very cheap one on ebay that is untested... meaning it's broken. But you can roll the dice on the unit and buy it for parts to replace the parts on yours that are broken. Here is the auction:
