I'm going to say that Super Mario World is the best Mario game of all time.  It edges out SMB3.  It's definitely in the conversation for best game of all time.

Back on topic:  Super Mario World is better than Donkey Kong Country, but that doesn't mean that DKC is a bad game.

I totally agree. If SMB3's levels weren't so damn short, it might've been better than SMW.
