Maybe not nuts but that does strike me as kind of odd. 
When I was drinking Coca-Cola I MUCH preferred the Mexican Coke variety over the domestic stuff as it had a "crisper" taste to it.
It seems that the difference of taste is because at U.S.A is made with high fructose corn syrup and in Mexico it's made with cane sugar, basically our coke is healthier but for some unexpected reason I don't like that much the one that we produce I guess that the main reason is because I have been drinking this one since was a kiddo,
