--- Quote from: scott on March 20, 2012, 10:39:50 pm ---Ya there is Yellow, Gold and Butterscotch. --- End quote --- I just recently heard about the "variant" myself. I cant get into stuff like that. I really didnt even want to buy any of the dragon warrior games on the NES cause I have them on the GBC/DS. Any other series I dont buy multiple copies of (Final fantasy on NES/SNES vs PS1 for example). |

Oh, for some reason I was thinking it was you that was inquiring about them a few months back... |

In doing a little research, the variant I found is also the round seal vs. oval seal variant too. The one with Jaleco in orange is the round seal, and Jaleco in blue is the oval seal. |

Speaking of variants, I keep seeing people mention something called Rev-A ... what the hell is that? |

Basically different prints of games. These were marked as "Rev-A", "Rev-B", and so on. They could mean a lot of things, either different code, different packaging, different label... And heh. Be grateful you don't live in Europe, where they had to deal with NES region locking... |
