Warmsignal with a shop that close to ya. How the hell do ya even have any money? The one shop here in the town I work I've pretty much cleared out all their Game Gear, Dreamcast and Saturn games. And they aren't getting anymore recently.

I don't know about you, but it's pretty easy to say no to games when they are the same price as ebay.

the store isn't advertised as a game store.
I wonder how many of these types of stores are in my town.

I know of one here that just does repairs, and they USED to be a used game store back when I was a kid.  They still have the standees and a single display case with a handful of retro games in it.  They refuse to sell what games they do have though.  It's only like sports games, so no big whoop.  Now they strictly do computer and console repair.

Makes me wonder, especially if they don't properly advertise the games.  Repair is way more profitable and consistent than selling games.

True I got to stick to my budget and I've walked away from games I've been wanting because of that.

I don't man, they keep my wallet cleaned out of that pesky money stuff that keeps getting in there. Nowdays it's where I get all of my pickups other than GameStop, or Walmart. The thing is, I'm not after every game and I already have most of the ones I want, or that are easy to find from years of game hunting and flea markets.

Yeah, I mentioned before the games aren't their primary business, so not a priority to advertise it. Relying solely on the reselling games is a tough business, as even GameStop is now realizing. They've become partly a merchandise store now, as has FYE.

Everyone just kind of stumbles up on this store. I first did about 3 years ago, when it was about 1/4th the size it is now.
