1. Changed the barcode. PMed totallycrushed.
2. It is a stock photo, you should be fine to replace the image.
3. Removed back image. That EAN is either Netherlands or Belgium version. Can't find a back image.

Not really erroneous, but inconsistent:
"Playstation VR Demo Disc" (https://vgcollect.com/item/113368) is listed as "PlayStation 4 [NA]" platform item while "Playstation VR Demo Disc 2.0" (https://vgcollect.com/item/136666) is listed as "PlayStation 4 Demo" platform item.

I think they should definitely be in the same category, not sure whether to move DD1 to "PlayStation 4 Demo" or DD2 to "PlayStation 4 [NA]", probably the latter as there is also EU Demo Disc 1 (https://vgcollect.com/item/136560) that is different from NA Demo Disc 1.

Anyway, I don't think normal users can edit the platform for items (correct me if I'm wrong though) so it's up to someone else to do this.

Brazil is not [NA].  I get that we have no region for [ BR], but that doesn't mean it goes there.  We need to, and this should've been done when you made the edit, make a Wii [ BR] category.

Also, one of the pictures shows El Chavo with ESRB branding (The Mexican release, not the Brazilian release).

Item number likely isn't the same as the MX release.

DB admins can't make categories yet. They can be made by those with site access. This is why we post into platform requests section as well.

Disc art is correct. In the case of Wii (at least) and some other platforms, only the packaging is different for Brazil releases, and they come with the US disc.

I'm already checking the data for the ratchet item (143401) but i couldn't find anything (it's not the barcode for Ratchet & Clank: Opération Déstruction in the original variant, platinum nor essential...), i will try to contact him.

The user have been contacted, and the three items (there is also item 143403) he added have been edited (i couldn't find the back cover for the item 143401, the ratchet item, so i can't confirm the barcode but i'm 90% sure that it's a Platinum variant for Ratchet & Clank: Opération Destruction, the french version of Tools of Destruction).
