No problem! Sometimes I feel like I've spent as much time organizing my collection as playing it :p
If at some point you really want to deep dive & fully optimize that space, you'll need to rip out the existing shelves, re-space them so they're better suited to media, and replace them with either drawers or new shelves with boxes so you can store front-to-back instead of across (which works much better for deep media shelving.)
Although quite frankly, if you ever get to that point, it's worth evaluating the whole room for alternate setup options.
