I suspect that these are two entries of the same release:

Entry 57974 "Special Edition CD - Symphony Concert" has a small "provisional" text below the PEGI rating, which indicates an early prototype cover. That might indicate that the cover was changed for the official release entry 136347, which instead features the "Special Orchestra CD - Limited Edition" text. I have also not been able to find any actual photos of a cover with the "Special Edition CD - Symphony Concert" text on it. Again, this is just speculation - maybe the 57974 release did actually happen.

Fixed TLD. You can put in the correct barcode if you know it.
Front image can be replaced
Back image can be replaced only if the replacement has the hologram on it.
