Amiibos are cool-looking, that I will concede happily, but I’d rather save the money I would spend on two or three and get a figure from Max Factory/Good Smile, D-Arts/Tamashii, Kotobukiya, or perhaps even Play Arts, or some other game-related figure/statue. Granted, there are about a dozen Amiibos I wouldn’t mind getting, but I’m not actively looking for any. Only Amiibo in my collection is Cloud and that’s only because I snagged it for less than $7 (funnily enough).
