General / Re: What would you do if you lost your entire collection?

Wow, I'd be devastated... but would have to live with that, as I wouldn't start collecting all over again. I think I would play on my phone for a while, maybe buy another Switch I don't know. It makes me sad only thinking about losing my games, as I've been collecting since my teenage years.

Well I have a bunch of big box PC games but I haven't had a Windows PC for ages, since I switched for Mac back in 2008.
Once I bought Chrono Cross for the PlayStation, a console I never had and never will... in fact it was a gift for a friend, which doesn't have the console either but loves the series.

Fortunately I have only two offences in my portfolio: the first was a Uniracers cart that had both screws glued by the previous owner (probably a rental), the glue was hard as rock and I tried scraping it with the tip of a scalpel, leaving the tiniest (but noticeable if you look close enough) dents in the plastic shell; the second was a Luigi's Mansion disc which had a small sticker from the store... when trying to carefully remove the sticker, I damaged the artwork.

My cat has one offense of his own: he's usually not a biter, but one day he chewed half the spine of the case of my Super Smash Bros. Melee basically ruining the cover.

Hi people,
I've faced this issue a few times before, it has happened quite frequently lately: while editing an item, the system understands that I'm trying to enter redundant information to text fields that are already filled.
Then I get a notification that "my edit" was rejected... the problem is 99% of times, I don't even click on said fields.
Here's an example:

Thank you very much, Tripredacus! ;)

General / Re: What percentage are you a collector vs a gamer?

A few years ago I was more of a collector than a gamer, maybe 70/30... but I completely most of my collection (I had lists of games I wanted for each system) so now I only buy the games I want to play. Does that mean I'm 100% gamer and 0% collector?  ???

I don't mind that they're bringing those handhelds back. I'm not sure it's a smart move though, but I don't know much about business anyway. Does nostalgia for the sake of nostalgia pays off? Or it'd be better if Hasbro upgraded the handheld games with something modern [although basic] like rechargeable batteries? I don't know. :P
