Title: Allow item edits 5-10 minutes after submitting

On occasion I'll upload an item and something will slip past me such as needing to add additional information into a description or accidentally using the wrong image for an item. I think items that users submit should have a 5-10 minute grace time in which they can edit their item to correct these small mistakes. Additionally, an item preview may help reduce mistakes like this from happening as some of the information isn't clear when submitting or editing an item (Such as images not being shown until actually submitted, and developer/publishers now being numbers).

I'm a big proponent of a page preview feature.
