Ooo I get to start this thread this time around :)
I beat Earthbound today so I decided to buy Earthbound Beginnings from the Wii U virtual shop! Was less than 7 dollars after the little money I had left on my account.

It was kind of cool as it was not actually labeled on the price tag so I had to figure out what It was myself. Which was easy by just searching through the amiibo section here. I took the chance on what they had on it. my wife saw my eyes light up when I saw it and let me buy it.

I asked about games at a garage sale and the guy said he had a Nintendo, I said I'd like to see what he had and he brought out a very dirty NES system with 2 controllers and all hookups also was a PS1 with it. He said the PS1 was modded to play copied games. He couldn't find any games and to be honest I don't like buying used NES and PS1's just because they don't have a great track record for always working. I offered $10 for the NES and he said I could have the PS1 and NES for $10. I couldn't say no. lol

And last a homebrew I knew I had to get when I found out about it.

From what I found out, I guess it's character from an old PCE game in Japan, they are bringing out a new game to the 3DS and to promote it they made this NES style game a download on the 3DS to get the character back in shape. Then someone put it on a NES cart.
Its a running game where you need to collect water to loose weight but if you hit any cupcakes you will gain weight, get to many and you fall on your butt and destroy the world. lol

That's about what I bought mine for at Play-N-Trade a while back, now. And it was a Greatest Hits release. So that's a pretty damn good find for 2018.

2nd and Charles is one of the last bastions of good gaming deals in my area. There are three of them within 30-miles of me, two of them are less than 10-miles away and I try to hit them up at least once a week. I've got some insane deals from them, mostly due to them mispricing stuff or being cool and pricing it well below Ebay.

Was the dreamcast box set that I wanted the most I would personally call it the shenmue pack since shenmue seems to stand out the most as far as the box art goes.

I just comes from deals sets bought for cheap or at great deals. I resell the stuff I don't want or already have to recoup my money and keeping the stuff that I want. usually with profits and in some cases a minor loss or break even if I really want something badly.
i'm pretty sure it is not a new thing for many other collectors who do the same thing if you want to collect on the cheap.

Dewy's Adventure ? Never heard of it before which means that i would love to play it, the PAL version seems to be a bit pricey for me at the moment (from 15€ to 30€ for a copy) but i will keep an eye for it. I'm jealous, the cover for the American version of Eledees (or i should say Elebits) is so much better, i'm sad that they didn't used that cover for the PAL version (even more sad that they still used it for the manual and not for the cover).
