If you have a late model PS, they made those models incompatible with GameSharks.

I've finally got a new Xbox (the first Xbox, not the 360 or the One), my previous one couldn't read any disc since two years ago and i found a good lot online for a Xbox + 9 games but without any controllers (well i have two so i didn't really care) for 15€ (the games are mostly dupes for me but i'm happy to find another copy of the Limited Collector's Edition of Halo 2 to replace my rusted Steelbook).

Was at a huge neighborhood garage sale that had over 60 sales in one area. It was pretty hard to find much because there was a ton of people and I saw many resellers picking up as much as they could. Still managed to get this, A PS1 in a carry bag with 5 games for $8.

I thought OMG please let it be the rare Keyboard expansion for the first Intellivision. But it was the one for the Intellivision 2. It did come with a game. I offered $10 for it and he was happy to take it.

I’ve been picking up LEGO Dimensions packs when I see them on clearance. Most of them have been worth it for the minifigs alone. Today for $2.75 each I got Bart and Laval fun packs and thanks to a mis-sticker I got the Mission: Impossible level pack for the same price.

Found a couple of clearance titles @ Target the other day while searching for the Steelbook version of Batman: Ninja. I happened upon Mafia III and Dishonored 2 for $9.81 each and Puss in Boots for Wii for $2.26. A few weeks prior I found a PC Slots game called Vegas Penny Slots for a whopping 0.06¢. :)

A sale advertised "Video games (Atari, Nintendo & Sega)" I got there an hour before they opened and happened to see an old man walk around getting stuff ready. I asked him about the video games and he told me they open in an hour. I tell him I'm a collector and just want to know what he had for the video games and he said oh come on and I'll show ya. Inside I see many consoles and a table of scattered games of all kinds. Most where nothing to get excited about as far as the games go. mostly Genesis Sport games and Sonic 2.
I was surprised about the Atari... It was the Atari XE console computer with a Floppy drive. He had $10 for it and I had to get that. There was also a game and it was also priced at $10. I thought that sounded high for an Atari game, but there is NO copies of this game on Ebay so I just bought it.

He also had a NES console with hook ups but no controllers or games for $25. He said it worked but I have a few extras on hand and was going to pass but then he told me it was modded to play European games. (basicly bypass the lockout chip) and I bought that too. lol
At the big subdivision sale, I ask a lady about video games, she tells me she has an N64. My eyes let up yes please. lol
she comes back out with a small box and a huge bag. The box had an N64 with one controller, all hookups and a RAM pak inside. I look in the bag and it's full of games for Wii, PS2, PS3, XB, XB360 and GC. Many of these games where still sealed. I make a huge stack of games I might be interested in. I was about to go through the stack when I just asked how much for everything I put aside. She said $40 and I just paid her. lol Here's all that I got.

When I asked about any games for the N64 she said she couldn't find them, I left my number with her but I'm not holding my breath she'll call me, They rarely ever call you back. There was nothing I wanted for 360 or PS3 and I left a lot of Wii games, these where the ones I thought I needed in my collection or just because it was sealed. :P

I went to a couple of game stores I only visit once or twice a year given how far away they are from me (about 75-miles away) and I was not disappointed. My wallet is definitely feeling it today, but I was able to get my 2nd most desired shooter as well as another I've really wanted to try out for some time. Other things I picked up over the past two weeks, Space Invaders and Namco Museum vol.1 for PS1, Road Rash Jailbreak for GBA, Tetris Blast for GB and Namco Museum Battle Collection for PSP. Also bought another set of Mario Hotwheels. Yoshi car is on the way.

(I didn't ask) Then his mom started telling him it says 3 for $5. He argues with her that they are his games and he wants to get rid of them. I finally say how about $8 for the 6 games and he was happy with that. lol
Then his mom gave me a can of peaches for buying something from their sale. lol

And finally the BIG score of the week. I stopped at a different community sale and the very last garage sale I ask the lady about video games and she tells me her husband has a Sega Genesis. I ask about games thinking the system was a standard system, she tells me the only game she remembers was a game you play as Moses. Exodus on the Genesis? Yea that's it. I ask about selling that game and any others and she again says it's her husbands and she had to ask him. So she texts him and he answers that he'll sell some of the games for $5 each. Cool I thought then her kids go to find them and can't find the games anywhere. One finally bring out the system and my eyes widen. :o It's wasn't a normal Genesis it was the Sega CDX. :o
I ask about selling the system but she says her husband didn't want to sell it. (damn it) They never found any games and I left defeated.
As I was leaving she said to come back tomorrow she might find the games and maybe she can convince her husband to sell the system.
I've been through this before and figured it was a lost cause but WTH, I came back the next day and asked about it and she tells me she convinced her husband to sell it but another guy showed up and offered $100 for it all. I told her I would be happy to offer $100 for everything if she found some games. The other guy just left his number and she texts her husband and he says he didn't care who bought it he just wants $100 for it all. I was fine with that. So she brings out the system, a single cart game CIB and a CD binder full of CD games, I look through the games and see one that made me pay her the $100 before something else could happen. lol
Here was everything in this lot. All Sega CD games are loose. They never did find that Exodus game. I left my number in case they did.

I got a in the box Wii Family Edition for $25. It was missing the game and soundtrack, but I already hod those loose in my collection, so it is now a full set, but I did get a copy of Just Dance 3 with it. :shrug:
I also got Final Fantasy III for the DS at $8 - not a steal, but not a bad price on any FF game, really.
And a new copy of Minecraft 3DS Edition for $4.50.
Oh, and also I just got Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon on my Switch to scratch that New-Old-Stock feeling.

I was about to leave when he says but my wife has an old Nintendo she never plays. I tell him I'm interested and he calls her. He tells me she'll bring the Nintendo to the sale in 20 minutes. I hit a few close by sales and come back and she shows he a Super Nintendo with 2 controllers, all hookups and 4 games. They wanted $50 and I couldn't pass it up. Here's the 4 games.

At a big community sale I ask a lady about video games and she asks her husband and he just walks inside. She tells me I think he's going to check. So I wait. He finally comes out with a large box and its full of random video game stuff. I see some good stuff and just ask how much for the whole box. He thinks and says $20. Bought some steam games (Bloodstained; Curse of the Moon, Assassin's creed DX, HeXen: Beyond heretic) but also snagged a Devil May Cry 5th anniversary collection for $22 (and $4 shipping).

Today I decided to renew my Xbox Live Service for my Xbox 360, the last time that I renewed the service was this past September 2017 so am adding three more digital games to my collection, am talking about Super Mega Baseball 2 and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain for the Xbox One also Vanquish for the Xbox 360 ;D

Was on vacation in Denver to help my elderly Aunt and while there hit every used game store and ended up finding some nice finds.
Also hit a few garage sales while out there and on the trip home.

They are on Facebook's CDN. I had seen the images before, but now if I try to view the image itself, it returns server not found.

The images are not showing up for everyone? I know FB images will not appear over time but they usually appear just fine for a least a month or two. Sometimes if your at a work computer they can't be seen because the company you work for has FB blocked.
They appear fine on my computer, If this becomes a problem I guess I can try and find another site to host my pic's.
I refreshed the links on this reply in case that helps.
