I really liked finding the different types of golems in this game and there are ultra strong bosses you can try to defeat that have nothing to do with beating the game like side quests. If i remember correctly one was called Omega it was very satisfying when I finally beat him down.

Well a few I remember playing a lot are.

1. Zoo Keeper for Ds very simple but addicting puzzle game.
2. Dynasty Tactics 1&2 for ps2 like the title says a good tactics game same play style as Fire Emblem.
3. Extermination ps2 3rd person horror.
4. Gunship ps1 combat flight simulation.
5. Wargames: Defcom 1 ps1 strategy game.
6. Galerians ps1 survival horror with psychic powers instead of guns.
7. Covert ops: Nuclear Dawn ps1 controls like original Resident Evil but with Terrorists instead of zombies.
8. Enchanted Arms Xbox 360,ps3 rpg you can collect over 75 golems with diffrent powers to help in battles like a
    adult version of Pokémon.
9. El Shaddai Xbox360,ps3 action adventure beautiful and unique.
10. Infernal: Hells Vengeance Xbox360,ps3 3rd person shooter.
11.Hands of time Gameboy Color I was shocked how cool this action adventure game is excellent music too.

None of my family or exes would ever buy me games or related items because they felt it was a waste. So instead
I would get things I didn't want like jewelry or clothes that didn't fit or a style I would never wear. But to answer
the question I would be fine keeping anything my exes gave me. I even refuse to dislike a song that was considered
to be our or her favorite song just because we were no longer together. Why should she get to have that song?

I got the family a Switch at launch. Definitely the best Nintendo system since Gamecube. They did almost the impossible given the cliff they were being sent over with the Wii-U. Very impressive turn around.

Favorite games include:
 - Zelda BotW
 - Mario Kart
 - Smash

The best part of the Switch is the memories with my kids. Started with them getting it. I had created a town-wide clue hunt for them. Took them to all their favorite places including McDonalds for lunch... where they had Mario happy meals. Each stop along the way they had a small 2.5" clue box with a clue inside. I made them each look like this:

Sometimes there would be a plush Yoshi holding the clue box. Enough that each kiddo got a plush in their favorite color. Had fun at the park following clues as well. Eventually they led back home where there was a 14" box painted to look like the yellow clue box shown above. They opened it and found the system, controllers and a couple games.

Beyond the gifting of the system, just spending time playing with my kids has been great. They know any games we have on the Switch is something they can play without worrying about ratings.

One of my kids has Animal Crossing as their favorite series of all time. I still don't understand the appeal but she loves it.

What a great story! I like spending quality time with my kids too and video games were a thing we all enjoyed even into their adulthood.

I don't think anyone mentioned these.

Veggie World - game is awful but very obscure
Astro Boy
Wing Island - it's like pilot wings if you like that sort thing
Worms a space oddity - if you like worms games or mindless fun these are cool
Worms battle islands
Sniper Elite
Maximum racing crash car racer
Maximum sprint cars - Maximum games are low print runs = obscure/rare
Kore Gang - fun but sometimes the controls need a little patience
Gunblade NY & LA Machine Guns Arcade Hits Pack

Personally I find no reason to limit myself I can find really good games to play across multiple platforms and generations it's a great time to be a gamer!

I've always been bothered by some games that I got right to the end of and got destroyed by the last boss over and over till I quit. I would like to retry some of them but my saves are long gone now. And I fear I won't be able to beat the game again and waste my time. This is a list of some that haunt me. Do you have any games that haunt you too?

1.Iron Tank (nes) I remeber this game being hard as balls. I got to the last boss but could never put him down.
2.Mike Tysons punch-out (nes) they don't call him iron mike for nothing he kicks the crap out of me every time.
3.Extermination (ps2) love this 3rd person horror shooter but hate the last boss. I was so close to beating him many times it drove me nuts.
4.Call of Duty 2 (Xbox 360) this one I beat but I find it impossible to beat on the hardest difficulty. One of the last levels has you in a tower and I get wasted every try.

And many others Helfire (Genesis) Actrazor 2 (snes) to name a couple more maybe I should try again? Or just admit defeat.
