Title: Let's List the Top 100 Gamecube games!

I noticed a few threads for other consoles top 100 lists and thought i would give the Gamecube some love. The general rule is that we take turns posting a favorite game to make it as unbiased as possible

I'm not sure if it's everyone's favorite, but it certainly was a go-to game for a good while and still is.

An RPG I enjoyed so much I wound up beating it in a single weekend rental at Blockbuster. Then I bought the game and beat it many more times.

It's not an exclusive or rated as a top 100 or anything to my knowledge to the GameCube. But it was a game I played over and over again as a teenager and I am not sure but the GameCube version is rarely talked about and this game is little different from the PlayStation 2 port. both games are the same but I don't think the GameCube has online or offline multiplayer like the PS2 version did

A very iconic arcade fighter with all the epic godzilla characters we know and love, considered one of the best Godzilla games of all time by Godzilla fans and critics :D.  It's a whole lot of fun and I wanted to make sure it made the list even though some more obvious titles remain.

I know a lot of people didn't like that it wasn't traditional on-rails, and bemoaned the ground vehicles; but honestly, I really enjoyed that stuff. The free-roaming flying was really fun, IMO. And the ground vehicles broke up the gameplay.

Definitely worth mentioning. It's one of the better GBA/GameCube link cable implementations and is a lot of fun if you have the equipment / people to experience it with.

Everyone always talks about Spider-Man 2. Yeah the web-slinging freely in the city is fun. But once that wears off, it really is a repetitive and boring game.

This Spider-Man game is so much more fun. Fantastic controls. Well-designed levels that are built around Spider-Man's wall-crawling and web-slinging abilities. Great boss battles. And the BEST unlockables. I mean one of them is the ability to play as The Green Goblin complete with his glider, weapons, and abilities.

that's true but the multiplatform titles are usually not the kind of games that attract people to the gamecube , except for exceptions like resident evil series wich are superior on the cube. not to mention that a solid portion of those multi platform games are mediocre to bad titles across all consoles.

Sames goes for collection compilations wich also doesn't count in my opinion.

If were going for exclusive good games 100 is pretty tough, While the cube has allot of solid titles there aren't that many great games on the cube outside the first party titles wich seems to the trend on the n64 gamecube era.

The nes and snes had way more awesome 3rd party titles like other platforms, at the very least the sega saturn, dreamcast ,ps1 ps2 had tons of good 3rd party games unlike the n64 gamecube era in wich case the first party titles are pretty much the majority of the good games of that library since 3rd party support is at a bare minimum.

That being said this list is anything goes but in my perspective a top 100 gamecube games list is a bit to much for this console.

Honestly, I enjoyed this one even more than the first just because it had more comic-oriented unlockables and costumes; and I'm a complete comic geek. More action-RPG co-op goodness to be found here.

I made a little test poll with the first ten games on this list just to show how this poll will work.

The way this poll works is as such: You will see an unranked list of choices that you will need to rank in the order that you see fit. If you don't know where to rank a game just set it to the lowest rank, in this case 10.
There is a also a setting I can put into the poll that lets you choose to have no ranking for certain games, so that if you have never played that game or you don't have an opinion on it you can just pick that. If you guys would like me to use that setting for the real poll just let me know.

I'm glad you liked it, I was inspired to start doing these lists for modern consoles after coming across the thread containing all of the classic console lists, so I will definitely be making more threads like this.
