I've had the second worst cold of my life this past week and have been bed ridden mostly for two days straight. Needless to say I've felt pretty board and today I started feeling well enough to go out for a few hours. What better way to cure cabin fever than to hunt for video games! I hit up a few thrift stores, found nothing, and then hit up one more before heading home and scored! Paid $5 for Castle Shikigami 2 and $3 for Tales of Destiny 2 guide.

On the 18th I will be ordering both Celeste and Iconoclasts for Switch from LRG. Otherwise, Kingdom Hearts 3 will be on its way for the 29th. 5 year old preorder from a company that no longer exists (but will be honored by Best Buy) for the win!

Went hunting out of town today and ended up with more than I thought I would. Gundam games and Ultimate Shooting Collection were all $2 each. No More Heroes and Mystical Ninja were $15 each, which I'm more than happy to pay for those titles.

I saw a video on this strange game and wanted a copy in my collection. It's a war strategy dating game. Where all the famous men in history are all female. Neapolitan, Einstein, Gandhi... all women and you can date them....WTF. I doubt I will be able to play the game due to it's heavy Japanese but still wanted this odd game in my collection.

Was out doing a few jobs/chores yesterday and went into my local independent game store, dropped a load of trade-ins off, walked away with a nearly mint copy of Boxxle on the Gameboy and £54 store credit. When I went in the supermarket I was surprised to see a few bargains, Batman: Return to Arkham on PS4 and Doom on PS4 for £10 and £5 respectively. That's about the price i want to be paying for PS4 stuff now unless it's something like a limited run or import.

Picked up Romance of the Three Kingdoms II CIB today. I've never owned this game, but I rented it and others in the series as often as I could as a kid. It definitely led to my modern love of PC Grand Strategy games.

Impulse buyed a Vita this week... not good considering my track record with Portable consoles but to have MGS2 on the go is a thrill. I had a PSTV before so I have already got a few games. Also relieved that the code with my FFX Remastered worked! so I got X-2 too :)

And last a new game console made by Koei (yes the company who made the Dynasty Warrior games made a game console)
It was released in 1996 and most of the games are variations of the game Go that's popular in Japan.
The system was a flop and the system is extremely hard to find. Got a decent deal on it. Not an exciting system to play but worth adding to my collection. The system is like brand new, and it came with 3 games and the AC adapter all CIB.

Game have had a tremendous sale on as the company is shipping last gen titles to stores and selling them Half Price - One store that already got rid of them had a full shelf full of them this week! So I dove in and gathered a good bundle over the week, some I already had but the prices were absurd!

The other title I got, had to import this on Amazon.com - Still which is was an Onimusha Collection and see no excuse for it being just the 1st title. But I wanted it all the same :P

Picked up Fifa 19 on Xbox 360, (for me) completing my NA collection. A purist wouldn't count it since I bought the region free PAL version, but it was 1/2 the price of the much tougher to find NTSC version. Still plays on my 360, so it's good enough for me.

Earth Defence Force 5 (PS4, Chinese import) arrived a few days ago ("EDF EDF EDF"), today I picked up Spiderman: Edge of Time (360), which is one of the last 7th generation games I want, and also got a copy of Resident Evil 2 remake a day before release, heh heh ;D

I went to a swap meet with a ton of local collectors and had one of the best days at these I've had in a couple of years! Found a ton of NES games to work on rebuilding that collection, several Genesis games too for the same reason for that collection, Saturn games which are my jam right now, and some awesome big box PC games. And then there is the other stuff too which I'm very happy to get! There was so much more I wanted, but I promised I wouldn't drop over $100. Very happy about all of this :)

Purchased my digital copy of Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker and only because the price of this tittle was so ridiculous, my original idea was to get the physical copy but it's so damn expensive also purchased another five Animal Crossing Amiibo Cards where I finally managed to get Merengue, recently I started to get an addiction for this ones, don't want to get all of them but indeed am gonna try to get at least all the populars ;D

Both these games seem to really excel in what they offer, I've beat RE2 already but had a blast but Kingdom Hearts III is becoming my favourite PS4 title to date! It's stuffed with rich engaging content and as soon as I hop off here I intend to play even more!
Also, just a shout out to Capcom... They've given PS4 owners so much to be happy about with their Resident Evil releases this generation!:
