Could you add some fields in our profile for our Nintendo ID, Xbox Live Gamertag or PSN ID?

It's just an idea.

alternatively you can just add it to your signature or post it in the exchange thread

I agree, this is a good idea. I'm looking into the best way to implement this feature within the site.
