Title: Feature Request: Select Developers and Publishers with search support

Select Developers and Publishers are pain for my low end computer, how about change to a modern select2-like solution with search box?

Thanks, we are already aware of the issue with the drop-down menu system and the site developers are currently looking at better ways of handling it.
