Title: Game Hunt! Help me find this game!

Howdy all,

I saw a game not long ago which looked interesting but can't find much up on it due to being confused with another title. I thought it was CloudPunk, but the game I was thinking of has the following features:
- CloudPunk Aesthetic
- Chibi Characters (Like in World of Final Fantasy)
- it has turn based combat - I think...
- I think it may even be in parts...
- I'm certain it's on PS4.

I've been trying to look back for a while and no luck!

Not that.

It was a 3D game.
I don't think it got a physical release - maybe even episodic
I think it has 2 playable character that run around the sci-fi city areas.

Found it! Just by putting in generic terms into google images.

It's Light Fairytale, Which seems to be an indie title in the making. I'll hold out on it for now until all 4 Episodes are complete:

Quick questions I guess, around when did you see it and do you remember what indie studio was working on it?
