Cool project. Pretty interesting, though it's a bit weird that this kickstarter is pretty much just to make cartridges for the people who donate... or that's what I can gather from this. Well, that and getting money for all his hard work which I guess makes sense.
And holy crap the cartridge lights up! Guess I'm getting this then.

There is a current homebrew that is actually almost finished. Somewhere hidden in this thread he discusses it. http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/191293-whats-the-deal-with-star-castle-2600/ There is also a thread needing play testers for it: http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/196744-star-castle-video-play-testers-needed/ From what I understand he started working on making this after a guy who originally made a version of star castle tried to sell it for like $30,000.
