What exactly is problem with it? If it's the incorrect box anyone can correct it although I doubt anyone owns it.

it's not supposed to have the black

We don't support transparencies. If you upload a png that has a transparent background, which you should never have a reason too, it'll be converted to black.

While that might be true, I highly doubt that anyone will be searching for a PC accessory by typing out "SGC2910BB/27". "Philips" seems like a much better jumping off point for anyone else in the world.
I put the SN in the description.
