Title: Short time edits on submission

It's very easy to make a small mistake when submitting an item (especially when you are making multiple) or miss information that you immediately think you should add after. I think it would be beneficial to allow submitting users to edit their own item for 10 minutes after submission. This would allow users to have a smoother experience when using the website and also reduce the amount of edit submissions that need to be approved.

I'm still (https://vgcollect.com/forum/index.php/topic,11984.msg197204.html#msg197204) a proponent of a page preview feature.

That said, it isn't a big issue on the admin side to approve quick edits like these.
